It may be one of two issues: (a) the cable run may be too long or (b) you may be using the wrong type of cable.
What can I use to safely clean the TVs?
For cleaning your HCI RoomMate televisions we recommend using a product called Viraguard. This can be purchased online through www.veridien.com. When cleaning your televisions it is very important to follow a few instructions for your own safety and that of television.
First always unplug the television before cleaning.
Second, never spray the product directly onto the television, spray product onto clean cloth then wipe down television.
Third, allow television time to fully dry before plugging it back in. Viraguard is alcohol based and dries very quickly.

Yes, one remote comes free with each TV if specified.
