How it's scored

The DSI

Each lift becomes a percentile against men who train, adjusted for age and bodyweight. The four are averaged and multiplied by ten. 500 is the median. 1,000 is perfect.

The total

Bench, squat, deadlift and clean added together. Pure pounds, no adjustments.

The rules

Squats hit depth, no box squats. Cleans get racked. Bench touches the chest. JB31 is Commissioner and rules on disputed lifts.
