HCI Virtual Nursing Goes Live at Goshen Health

We're proud to announce that HCI’s Virtual Nursing Platform is now live at Goshen Health! This marks another major milestone in our mission to democratize patient engagement and reduce the burden on frontline staff through scalable, flexible, and affordable technology.

HCI’s Virtual Nursing Platform is designed to seamlessly connect nurses and patients in real time via video, ensuring immediate access to care and communication.

• Patient Whiteboards (or Televisions) mounted at the footwall of each room
• Bedside Patient Tablets mounted on adjustable arms on the headwall

At Goshen Health, four full-time virtual nurses will be stationed in the Nurse Bunker, with each nurse responsible for one unit of 20 patients.
