Run it on your screens

The cheapest television is the one already on the wall.

Most of our software is browser based, which is why it can run on a hospital television you bought four years ago instead of one we sell you today. If your sets support our profile, the patient room project stops being a hardware project.

What runs where

Three places the software already lives

On the television

Samsung and LG hospital sets run our launcher on the set itself. Nothing else goes in the room, and there is no box behind the panel to fail or to be stolen.

On a small player

Where the set cannot run it, a media player behind the television does, and the set becomes a display. This is the usual answer for a mixed building.

In a browser

Whiteboards, door signs, station boards and the console are web applications on panels we supply or on displays you already own.

Before you replace anything

Send us what is on the wall. We will read the list.

An inventory export is ideal. A photograph of the label on the back of one set per floor is usually enough. We will come back with what stays, what needs a player and what is genuinely at end of life.

What you sendWhat we tell youTurnaround
Model numbers by unitWhich sets run the launcher directly and which need a player behind themUsually a day
Photographs of the labelThe same answer, from the model and the revision on the plateUsually a day

We will also tell you when replacing is the better answer. A set that needs a player, a mount and a service call is not a saving.

Being straight about it

Where reuse stops making sense

Patient televisions, usually keep

This is the reuse story, and it is a real one. A building that refreshed its sets recently can run Patient on them and spend the budget on the surfaces it does not have.

Whiteboards and door signs, usually new

There is nothing on the wall above the bed and nothing beside the door frame today. In nearly every building these are new hardware, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Send the model numbers.

We will tell you what can stay, including the cases where we would replace it ourselves.
