This page is for facilities that are already live. If you are evaluating, the demo and the dealer introduction are on the contact page. If a patient is affected right now, call rather than write.
The dealer who installed your building holds your spares, knows your cabling and can be on site. They are the fastest path for anything physical. Call HCI directly when the screens are up but the software or the integration is wrong.
A screen is dark or damaged. A mount or an arm has failed. Something needs replacing on site. You need a spare. A new room needs cabling.
Names or precautions are wrong or stale. An integration stopped delivering. The console will not sign you in. A configuration change needs to reach every unit.
Room number and unit. If more than one room, say whether it is the whole unit or scattered.
Which surface: patient television, whiteboard, door sign, station board or handset.
And whether anything changed that day, including work on your network or your record.
Of the screen as it looks now. It is worth more than a description almost every time.
Open a return authorization before shipping anything. Units that arrive without one sit in receiving, which helps nobody.
The shipping address is issued with the authorization.
Tell us the facility and the approximate install date and we will look it up. You do not need to find the paperwork before you write.
