Request a Returned Materials Authorization

This form will assist you in returning your HCI product. Note that all required fields must be completed in order to avoid delays. You’ll receive an assigned RMA number and return information upon receipt and validation of the information provided. Do not return your product prior to receiving a valid RMA number.

RMA Guideline and Confirmation

When you receive a confirming email with your RMA number, please print and include a copy of the Return Authorization with the returned product.  

Returned Material Packing Instructions

Please package TVs and other products carefully so they are not damaged in shipping. HCI is not responsible for returns damaged in shipment. 

Please *Do Not* send remotes, power cords, wall mounts or stands with the returned product, as they may be separated from your order.
